Broadcom will perform Cloud SWG Portal Maintenance on May 3, 2024, at 21:00 UTC for a duration of 5 hours.

Impact

During the maintenance period:

  • Existing authenticated portal sessions will be terminated. Administrators must re-authenticate to the portal.
  • Active log download sessions may experience a brief disruption, which can be resolved by restarting the download.
  • The portal might be available intermittently.
  • If you use Management Center jobs to update Universal Policy Enforcement (UPE) policy, the connection might be terminated and re-established. UPE policy push will be unavailable.

The following functionalities will not be impacted:

  • Real-time traffic filtering
  • Previously configured UPE policies

Required Action

As part of this maintenance, Broadcom is removing Hybrid policy support for ProxySG 6.x devices. As a result, Hybrid customers must use ProxySG 7.x devices.
