As of 5:20 UTC, we have resolved the underlying issue causing degraded performance for SMTP for the impacted customers. This incident is now resolved.

Investigating

We are aware that a small subset of customers using Symantec DLP Cloud Detection Service for Email may be experiencing degraded performance for SMTP, while using the service.

We are investigating this issue with the highest priority. We will share further update as soon as new information is discovered.
