Our service provider has fully restored the service that was impacting the stability of DLP Cloud Service Gateway for Enforce. The service is completely stable and is fully operational at this time.
Since 00:15 UTC, we are aware of customers experiencing issues applying policies with the DLP Cloud Service Gateway for Enforce. This is creating delays for new customer policies from being published (detection is still functioning properly on all channels against the policy set loaded). Our engineering team is working with our service provider to restore the service.
