The correct service impacted is DLP Cloud Service for Email. Customers using our US infrastructure may have experienced delayed detection service with the DLP Cloud Service for Email, intermittently.
Our engineering team has identified the cause of the issue and are taking corrective actions to restore the service. Impacted customers should see immediate improvement in availability of DLP Cloud Service for Email. We will continue to monitor the DLP Cloud Service for Email.
