Monitoring

Between 04:55 UTC and 05:31 UTC, some customers experienced intermittent issues with email notifications with App Experience Analytics (AXA). During this time, notifications from AXA, new user notifications and password reset emails may not have been received.

At 05:27 UTC, we applied a fix to our infrastructure and at 05:31 UTC we verified email notifications being sent.

We shall continue to monitor the service for the next 12 hours and will provide updates when new information becomes available.
