Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating

We are aware of few customers provisioned on US infrastructure that are unable to access the Application Performance Management UI and in addition, observing metric gaps.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
