We are aware that some Operational Intelligence (OI) customers provisioned on US infrastructure are experiencing 500 errors while accessing Alarm Analytics, Capacity Analytics and Predictive Insights. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Please note that all other aspects of the service is functioning as normal and alert/alarm processing is not impacted.
