DX SaaS team is performing maintenance to upgrade infrastructure starting on December 03, 2022, at 04:00 UTC for a duration of up to 6 hours in the US region.


During the maintenance period, the DX SaaS will lead to gaps in data, delays in processing the latest Service Alarms, Tickets, and Email/Webhook notifications, and UI inaccessible for 4 hours within the maintenance window.

Required Action

As previously notified this infrastructure upgrade requires mandatory network configuration updates to your firewall policies to avoid any network-related security disruptions. These network configuration updates must be completed before the start of the maintenance period to avoid service disruption post-maintenance window.
