On February 27, 2023 between approximately 12:55 UTC and 13:05 UTC, DX SaaS customers provisioned on the US Infrastructure may have experienced data gaps in the metric view and/or intermittent login problems. As per our initial investigation, this happened due to an incident with our Cloud Platform provider. This was a short lived incident and we have not seen any recurrence since yesterday. DX SaaS service remains fully operational and we continue to closely monitor the service.
