At 07:30 UTC engineers confirmed that they completed the roll out of a workaround to prevent further email delays for customers in the US and APJ regions. Any email queuing on your email gateway will be delivered at it's next retry. Please accept out apologies for any inconvenience caused. This will be the final update for this incident.

Please be advised the customers using Cluster 1 & 4 US may experience build up on their mail queues. Engineering is aware of the situation and is working to resolve the issue. We will continue to update this notice as new information becomes available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused while we work to resolve this issue.

Since 05:00 UTC, customers in US region may experience delays with sending and receiving mail through Cluster 1 & 4 US. Our engineering team is aware of the problem and are currently investigating. We will make a further posting as soon as more information becomes available.
