At 14:00 UTC engineers confirmed that they had resolved the propagation delay issue and returned mail scanning for South African customers to local infrastructure.Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. This will be the final update for this incident.
Please be advised customers in EMEA experienced configuration propagation delays from 21:00 UTC 5/3/17. Mail delivery is unaffected. Our engineering team is aware of the problem and are currently investigating.
The affected infrastructure has been taken out of service, so there is no customer impact since 07:00 UTC 6/3/17, when the workaround was applied.
We will continue to update this notice as new information becomes available.
