We have not seen a re-occurrence of the email delivery issues. We have confirmed service is fully restored. The incident is now resolved, and this is the final update.
Internal tests have confirmed we have started to see emails being delivered to domains hosted by Earthlink.
We continue to work closely with Earthlink to confirm blacklisting has been resolved and will continue monitor email traffic to ensure the service is fully restored and there is no longer an impact to customers.
We are continuing to work with Earthlink to address the situation. In partnership, we request affected customers to have recipient contacts open a case directly with Earthlink and request blacklisting to be removed as well as the IP range to be added in global white-list.
We will provide further updates once we have more information from Earthlink.
We are currently experiencing issues delivering emails to a small subset of recipient domains hosted by Earthlink. The result is that emails are being rejected with the error message "550 IP X.X.X.X is blocked by EarthLink. Go to earthlink.net/block for details."
