We have identified a possible cause of the issue and have implemented a short term workaround. As a result, the queued emails on the quarantine server have started delivering. Customers using EU quarantine service may continue to experience some delays releasing emails from the quarantine while our engineers work on developing a permanent fix.
All queued emails in quarantine will be delivered once the service is restored. Please note that there is no impact to protection services, and all other aspects of our services remain functional.
