We are investigating a recurrence of delays in sending and/or receiving emails for a small subset of customers.

Email service remains fully operational. We continue to closely monitor the email service and will provide our next update on May 17, 2021 at 18:00 UTC, or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our monitoring detected a recurrence of delays in sending and/or receiving emails for a small subset of customers during the day. After additional investigation a fix was deployed at approximately 12:15 UTC. The queues on the Broadcom EMEA infrastructure are now at normal levels and there are no further delays. We will continue to closely monitor this issue.
