Between October 21, 2021 and October 27, 2021, a subset of NAM Policy Based Encryption (PBE) customers may have experienced email delivery issues.

We have identified the cause of this issue and currently working with Echoworx on a fix. To mitigate the issue, we have taken the impacted infrastructure out of service. Email queues on the Broadcom infrastructure are back to normal levels. PBE customers will no longer experience email delivery issues.

We are closely monitoring the email service and will provide update as soon as more information becomes available.
