We have been monitoring the service and can confirm that service has been fully restored. This incident is now resolved.
As of October 29, 2021 at 01:30 UTC, the service has been restored and email delivery is no longer impacted.
We will continue to closely monitor the email service and will provide our next update as soon as more information becomes available.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
We are aware of some customers provisioned on our NAM and EMEA infrastructure using Named Routes are experiencing delays sending and receiving emails. We have identified the cause of the issue and are currently working on mitigation. Note that this issue is impacting small number of our mail servers which are now taken out of service. Any emails queued on our MTAs will be delivered once the issue is resolved.
Please note that there is no impact to protection services, and all other aspects of our services remain functional.
