We are aware of some customers experiencing issues using the Email Submission feature. Customers impacted by this issue will not be able to submit email samples via Clientnet Portal and may experience System Errors.

We are handling this issue as a high priority and have engaged all appropriate teams at Broadcom. Please note that email delivery, scanning and all other aspects of our email services remain functional.
