We are aware customers experiencing login errors when attempting to log into the EMEA and NAM Quarantine Portal. This issue is only occurring when using the Single Sign-on (SSO) method. We are currently investigating these errors and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

Please note that there is no impact to delivery and security scanning of your email traffic, and all other aspects of our services remain functional. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
