We will be performing routine maintenance on our Email Security.Cloud service. These essential updates will affect the Email Delivery Troubleshooting Tool, during this period the tool will accept troubleshooting requests but these requests will not be processed until maintenance is complete.
Impact
During the maintenance period, Email Delivery Troubleshooting Tool will not process requests for 2 hours, other parts of the customer portal ClientNet and APIs will be unaffected. Email traffic scanning, mail delivery and all other aspects of our services will function as normal.
