Broadcom is performing an extended maintenance on the Data Feed API, which may delay the availability of new content in the Data Feed API and Email Queues functionality. The maintenance is expected to conclude on December 12, 2024, at 21:00 UTC.
Impact
- New data collected during the maintenance window will only become available after the maintenance is complete.
- Data retrieved from the Email Queue API or displayed in the ClientNet Email Queues dashboard widget may be stale or inaccurate during this period.
- During the last maintenance, customers experienced an impact due to a certificate change. Our teams are actively addressing this to prevent further disruptions.
