Broadcom is performing maintenance in the NAM, EMEA and India regions. This maintenance will begin on February 12, 2024 at 09:00 UTC and will be completed on February 14, 2024 at 23:00 UTC.
Impact
As part of this maintenance, Email Security.cloud will no longer accept emails that are incorrectly terminated. In adherence with RFC 5321 the mail data must be terminated by a line containing only a period.
The character sequence allowed is "< CR> < LF>.< CR> < LF>". If we do not receive the required termination within our allowed timeout period we will reject the message with "451 timeout (#4.4.2)" and close the connection.
During the maintenance period, mail scanning, traffic delivery and all other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
