Broadcom is performing maintenance of a mail processing component from January 10, 2024 to January 11, 2024, which will change the output of Data Feed API.
Impact
During the maintenance window, the Data Feed API will remain available and operational. As part of this maintenance we will be changing the value populated in an existing field:
/all feed
/clicktime feed
- For clicktime policy incidents, the value of incident/reason is changed from plain string to json string and contains additional information
If you would like to see the locations of the new fields in the dataset that we return in the API you can utilize the test data feed option as outlined in the "Data Feeds API Guide: Email Security.Cloud."
An updated "Data Feeds API Guide: Email Security.cloud" will be available describing these new fields in detail in the coming days.
