Microsoft team have provided an updated SPF record that our engineering team needs to implement on our side. We are working on implementing this build in production environment. The ETA for the fix is 2 hours. Customers may continue to experience issues sending outbound emails while we work on the fix. We will provide further updates as applicable.

As per our initial investigation, this issue is impacting customers using Hosted Email Service for Microsoft Office 365. We are also noticing an SPF record (spf.messaging.microsoft.com) not resolving and we are trying to get in touch with the Microsoft team.

Customers may continue to experience delays sending outbound emails and will be presented with the following error: '451 MAIL internal error (code 2) (#4.4.0) (in reply to MAIL FROM command) and delivery status of Delayed'.

We are aware of customers provisioned on our NAM and EMEA infrastructure experiencing delays sending emails. As a result customers may experience emails queuing on their sending mail servers.
