Email Security.cloud: NAM Email Quarantine Portal Intermittent Login Issue
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On October 14, 2025 between 13:30 and 14:53 UTC, customers would have experienced intermittent login errors when attempting to login to the NAM Quarantine Portal.
As of 14:53, the issue has been resolved and customers should no longer experience issues logging into the portal.
We are monitoring the service for stability and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
