Broadcom Service Status (https://status.broadcom.com/) is a pivotal component of our customer experience to provide enterprise level support. As a trusted advisor to our customers, our service status site provides transparency around service availability and performance for Broadcom products and services. By subscribing through the Broadcom Service Status website, you can be notified of service interruptions and receive proactive maintenance notifications to Broadcom's software products, in a single view.
In the coming weeks we will be retiring our old Status Page URL (https://status.symantec.com).
Currently https://status.symantec.com redirects to https://status.broadcom.com/services/email-security-cloud/. As a result of this change, the redirect will stop functioning moving forward.
Action required
Customers will need to bookmark https://status.broadcom.com as this will now be the single URL that will be used. Please note that the inner page URL such as the one for Email Security.Cloud Status Page will continue to work just fine.
