Email Security.cloud: Issue with Geo-Ip blocking functionality

We continue to work on a fix. We are expecting the fix to be fully deployed by September 5, 2025. We would like to caution customers to avoid enabling Geo-Ip policies until the fix is fully deployed.

We're experiencing some performance issues with the newly released Geo-Ip blocking functionality that was released on July 12, 2025. When larger customers with high email traffic volumes enable a Geo-Ip policy, it can result in email queues and delayed emails. We've identified the problem and a fix is in progress. We expect to deploy the fix the week of August 25th after completing the QA cycle. We would like to caution customers to avoid enabling Geo-Ip policies until the fix is deployed.
