Problems with accessing the Rally help site. If you access the Rally help site through the main help button (blue question mark in the menu bar), the subsequent links from that location are not working and will 404. There are two workarounds:
Do not use the blue question mark to access the help. Instead use the gray help button on any Rally page to access a direct link and then navigate to the home page from that URL.
If you access the online help through the main help button in the menu bar, remove the ?basehost=https://rally1.rallydev.com and refresh the page. For example, Change the URL from this: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/agile-development-and-management/rally-platform-ca-agile-central/rally.html?basehost=https://rally1.rallydev.com To this: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/agile-development-and-management/rally-platform-ca-agile-central/rally.html
