Rally Grid pages are truncating the Formatted ID regardless of column size when using Compact view setting
This issue has been resolved. To pick up the new code, please logout/login to Rally.
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
We are currently aware that some Rally customers are experiencing truncated formatted ID's with grid pages in Compact setting.
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available. All other aspects of the service is functioning as normal.
The Workaround is to change to Roomy or Comfortable setting.
