Broadcom is performing planned maintenance on licensing infrastructure on September 12, 2026, starting 00:00 UTC and ending on September 14 at 00:00 UTC.

Impact

During this time the following should be noted:

• None of the appliances will be able to download an updated license file. This applies to Edge SWG, Content Analysis, Malware Analysis, Management Center, Reporter and SSL Visibility.
• Virtual appliances for the products listed above will not be able to use the phone home service, which will result in in-product warnings, however these appliances will continue to work normally during this maintenance window.
• Hardware appliances will not be able to update birth certificates.
• The subscription download service will work with existing data. Any new data (such as an additional or modified entitlement) will not be available during the maintenance period.
