SEP Mobile Management console (MC) may experience a 2 hour period downtime due to database upgrade on April 23, 2025. The anticipated downtime for each MC is as follows:
- https://us-mcl.sepmobile.securitycloud.symantec.com: 17:00 UTC - 19:00 UTC
- https://mc.sepmobile.securitycloud.symantec.com: 17:00 UTC - 19:00 UTC
- https://eu-mcl.sepmobile.securitycloud.symantec.com: 17:00 UTC - 19:00 UTC
Each MC instance may experience up to 2 hours of downtime each, though less is anticipated.
