We have confirmed the service is fully restored. This incident is now resolved.
On December 19, 2019, from 22:10 UTC to 22:30 UTC, customers may have experienced login errors when attempting to log into the management portal. We have resolved the issue causing login errors and restored the Portal service.
We will continue to monitor the service to ensure the it is fully restored and provide further updates as new information is discovered.
Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security Cloud Console functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints remains continues to protect devices it is installed on.
