We will be performing scheduled maintenance of Symantec Endpoint Protection 15 Cloud Console (SEP 15) beginning December 6, 2019, starting at 15:00 UTC, for a duration of 2 hours.
Impact During the maintenance window we will be creating indexes for EDR products to support additional functionality. Agents will not receive SPOC commands.
No other SEP 15 Cloud Console functionality will be affected, and endpoint devices will remain protected.
