We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix which has now restored service. We will monitor the service for stability and provide an update when new information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an issue with Application Control Policy function. We are occasionally seeing slowness or timeouts while adding new applications to existing app control policies or while creating a new app control policy. This does not impact adding custom rules to existing policies or the already applied policies.
