We are aware of customers experiencing delays with loading times on the 'Device group' page and intermittent errors on loading the 'Managed devices' page on the portal. We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security Cloud Console functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continues to protect devices it is installed on.
