We are currently investigating an issue with Endpoint Detection and Response. Customers may experience the following features currently unavailable:
- Create/Update incidents
- Update incident rules
- Add comments to incidents
- New Sandbox submission (both auto and manual) requests. Already submitted sandbox submission request's status will also be impacted
- View/List existing incidents
- View/List existing rules
Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue. We will provide an update as soon as new information is available. No other aspect of the service is impacted by this issue and endpoints remain protected.
