We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. Customers should no longer experience login issues to any of the Cloud Portals.

We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

We are currently investigating a login issue with the Cloud Portal for the following products:

  • Cloud SWG
  • Email Security.Cloud
  • Cloud Workload Protection
  • Symantec Endpoint Security

Please note that no protection services are impacted. Our engineering teams are engaged and are actively investigating the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
