We have applied a fix and the portal access is restored. We will continue to monitor the service and will provide updates as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware customers may be experiencing intermittent login errors when attempting to log into the Cloud Portal (Europe Region). We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continues to protect devices it is installed on.
