On September 28, 2022 between 9:27 and 10:10 UTC, a subset of customers may have experienced intermittent login failures while logging in to the Cloud Portal for the following products:

  • Cloud Workload Assurance (CWA)
  • Cloud Workload Protection (CWP)
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
  • Symantec Endpoint Security Complete
  • Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise

A fix was applied and the issue was resolved. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
