On January 26, 2026 between 15:57 and 16:25 UTC, Symantec Endpoint Security and Enterprise Cloud Platform customers may have experienced issues logging in to the Cloud Portal. As of 16:25 UTC, the underlying issue is resolved and the portal is fully operational.
Please note that no other Endpoint Security and Cloud Platform functionality was affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continued to protect devices it is installed on. We continue to closely monitor the service.
