VIP Push Notifications Issue
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On April 1, 2023 between 00:30 and 13:45 UTC, customers using android version 9 or above and VIP SDK 4.0 or below may have experienced issues with push notifications.
Our teams have rolled out a fix and the issue has been resolved as of 13:45 UTC. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
