As part of resolving this issue, the changes rolled out to the VIP service on August 23, 2023 have been reverted.

We will provide an update later on when the features are released again. We continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.

On September 1, 2023 between 12:26 to 12:32 UTC (05:26 to 05:32 PST), customers were unable to access/use VIP services.

This was a short lived incident. As of 12:32 UTC, we are no longer seeing an issue. We continue to monitor the service for stability and will provide an update as soon as new information becomes available.
