Our Voice provider has implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of VIP customers experiencing issues using Voice delivery. We can confirm that our Voice provider is having delivery issues.

As a workaround, based on individual customer configuration, voice, push or manual security code options can be used. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
