Impact: Users will not be able to add, update, or delete new organizations, roles, and permissions in console.cloud.vmware.com. Users of VMware vSphere+ will also be unable to register VMware Cloud Gateway, vCenter Servers, or VCF+ Instances, or de-register vCenter Servers. During the planned upgrade, the system will only operate in read-only mode. However, common activities such as login, console availability, organization details, and billing details will not be affected.
