We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

We have restarted the services and clusters & service is restored. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with Tanzu Platform. Customers cannot reliably onboard new TKG clusters, and thus cannot prototype their usage of Tanzu Platform.

Our engineering team is engaged and actively investigating the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
