Only July 31, 2025 between 12:25 UTC and 13:37 UTC, the NX New Experience reporting feature became unavailable. Customers during the incident window may have experienced errors when accessing this feature. As of 13:37 UTC, the service is fully restored and we continue to closely monitor the service.
