We are aware of customers using multiple VMware products experiencing login issues for non-SSO based logins. Federated logins continue to work at this time. Products impacted are as follows:

  • Tanzu Cloud Platform
  • VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC on AWS)

We continue to investigate the issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an issue where customers who use non-SSO logins are unable to login to the VMware Tanzu Cloud Platform Console.
