During the specified time-frame VMware will be upgrading our backend queuing infrastructure in US from our datacenters to a cloud deployment. The upgrade is expected to last approximately 3 hours and will impact customers using hosted services in the US. These customers will not be able to use the Lastline Portal during this time, and all calls to the Lastline API will return 5XX errors. Also during this period events and notifications from the Lastline US backend will be paused (but not lost, will resume when the upgrade completes). The Lastline Analyst API will still be available during this time. This will not affect any on-premise customers, nor customers using our EMEA hosted services. After this upgrade period all services should resume operation as normal.
