Underway

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Scheduled

We will be switching the DNS hosting for lastline.com to a new provider. There is no expected downtime.

Attention customers who use the Analysis API directly: We would like to point out that the DNS record for analysis.lastline.com is geolocated, and the new DNS provider uses a different geolocation algorithm than the current provider, so while we believe that the lookup results should remain consistent in most cases, there may be some corner cases in which a customer's traffic switches to one of our backends in a different region. Customers who are concerned about this should check whether their clients are configured with analysis.lastline.com and if so then change over to using the following records as appropriate:

  • Use analysis.us.lastline.com to connect to our US backend.
  • Use analysis.emea.lastline.com to connect to our European backend.
  • Use au-analysis.lastline.com to connect to our Australian backend.

Note that the advice regarding analysis.lastline.com does not apply to customers using Lastline Defender appliances as they are already configured to use region-specific records.
