On September 14, 2024 between 13:32 and 14:50 UTC, customers in the Mumbai region BOM2 VCGs are Impacted - Gateway services went down in all the VCGs hosted in the BOM2 Mumbai region. There should be no impact to customers unless they have no Secondary Gateway configured. Customers can contact Support in case they notice any issues.
As of 15:03 UTC, the service was restored and issue has been resolved.
All other aspects of the service remained operational during the incident timeline. We will continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
