On April 11, 2025, between 12:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC (05:00 PST and 09:00 PST) VMware VeloCloud SASE customers on vco1-usvi3, vco4-usvi3, vco7-usvi3 may have experienced issues accessing the Management Services intermittently.
As of 16:00 UTC (09:00 PST), the service is restored. We will monitor the service for stability and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
